“I was very impressed with Don’s knowledge, expertise and patience. Since I’m a first time hearing aid user, he was forced to repeat himself several times. I found the hearing aids to be much more comfortable than I had anticipated. I’ve been wearing them constantly and highly recommend them and Sound Hearing Center to anyone wishing to improve their hearing. My only recommendation would be that a mirror be available when inserting the hearing aids for the first time.”
