She said I could bring them by and they would check it for him. We went straight in and she cleaned it and had it working on a very short time. The facility and staff were more than you ever expect. I am so grateful and would use them for future needs and highly recommend them.”

“Went and did the hearing test and all was good,we talked about the refurbished hearing aids because thats all i can afford, then I was askwhat colored of hearing aids the i was asked what color i said i wanted black the doctor went to get then and they had none in the store so I made arrangements to come back the next day to get them because someone was going to pick them up from some place else, but before I left I paid for the black hearing aids. So the next day I went and got them [ the black ones] was all fitted and all. So know they keep calling wanting for me to bring the hearing aides back after I paid for them, saying that the black one aren't the refurbished one all the have in the refurbished ones is crome and beige because they are cheaper i pick black because my hair is black. now they called today and said if I don't return them they are going to bill me for the black hearing aids. I will never recommend this store to anyone they lie and cheat.”
