Dr. Victoria (Tori) Levy is a licensed audiologist originally from Buffalo, New York. She has gained diverse clinical experience practicing audiology in multiple states, including Ohio, Florida, and Texas, and is pleased to have returned to New York, where she plans to continue her career long term.
Dr. Levy earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and Sciences from SUNY Fredonia in December 2016 and her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree from the Northeast Ohio Au.D. Consortium at the University of Akron in May 2021. She has a special clinical interest in vestibular disorders and diagnostic testing and has received advanced training through the American Institute of Balance at one of its Centers of Specialty Care clinics.
Dr. Levy is dedicated to providing patient-centered care, with a strong emphasis on education and individualized treatment. She is committed to helping patients in the Capital District improve their hearing and balance health and overall quality of life.

Dr. Eileen Nagy grew up in Worcester, Massachusetts and has resided in the greater Capital Region for nearly 15 years. She joined our practice in 2015 and currently provides patient care at our Saratoga Springs location.
Dr. Nagy earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the College of Saint Rose in 2011. She went on to complete her Master of Arts degree in 2014 and her Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree in 2015 at the University of Pittsburgh.
Dr. Nagy is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA) and is licensed in New York State in both audiology and hearing aid dispensing. She is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and remains committed to professional excellence in the field of audiology.

Margrette “Maggie” Ferrara is a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist who has lived in the Saratoga Springs, New York area her entire life. She studied at Hudson Valley Community College and completed her clinical training at HearingLife under the mentorship of one of the organization’s top audiologists. Through HearingLife’s comprehensive apprentice program, Maggie earned her licensure as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
Maggie has been with HearingLife since 2012 and has served patients in both the Saratoga Springs and Castleton locations. With more than 20 years of experience across various areas of the medical and healthcare field, she brings extensive knowledge, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to her work. Maggie is known for her kindness, sincerity, and dedication to helping individuals find effective hearing solutions that improve their quality of life.
Outside of the office, Maggie enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, caring for the animals she has adopted, and exploring the outdoors. She values new adventures and maintains a strong connection to the community she is proud to serve.
