“This was my first appointment with Dr. Esse. I had broken one of my hearing aids and was wearing an older pair that was adequate. I liked her cheerful and professional way she helped me decide how to proceed. She updated the set I was wearing by cleaning and adding new tubes and reprogrammed them to concur with the hearing test we had just completed. What a difference! She will also send the broken aid back to the VA for replacement and then decide whether to update those or go for the new and improved aids that are now available. Dr. Esse did not charge me for the updates she made on the old hearing devices. It was a good experience overall and a pleasant one. I am looking forward to figuring out the best option going forward with no pressure - a great feeling!”
