Ashley Donnelly grew up on Long Island, NY. Ashley received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Mississippi and continued to receive her Doctorate degree in Audiology from the New York Consortium of Audiology. Ashley did her residency with HearingLife in New York and has a passion for hearing instrument fitting and counseling. She has done work in various other settings which include an ENT practice, a school for the deaf and a non-profit university clinic. Ashley has been around the hard of hearing and Deaf community her entire life and used this personal experience towards helping her patients and their families have a positive and beneficial experience when working with her.

Babette Grossman has been a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist with the state of Colorado since November of 2020.

Babette caught the travel bug at an early age and spent two years exploring Western Europe and attending the Royal Academy of Art in Den Haag, Netherlands before permanently relocating to Colorado in 2003.

Babette is a natural born leader with a strong desire to impact the community positively. After seeing the impact that hearing loss has had on many close friends and family members, she became passionate about helping people improve their quality of life through hearing healthcare. She joined HearingLife in 2018, and after two years of clinical training, she became a fully licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. She is currently a member of the International Hearing Society as well as the Colorado Hearing Society.

Babette resides in the Greeley area with her son. She enjoys hiking, photography, triathlons and traveling.

Mindy DeNell was born in Iron Mountain, MI and grew up in Parker, CO. She returned to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan to complete her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, both of which were earned at Northern Michigan University. Mindy has been practicing hearing healthcare since 2018.

Mindy’s past experience working in mental healthcare and psychology have brought her a great knowledge base in counseling and the ability to assess and treat hearing problems. Her interest in hearing began at a young age, assisting her grandfather with his hearing difficulties; this experience helped her understand the importance of hearing to maintaining relationships. In her free time, Mindy enjoys hiking, attending concerts, and lounging with her dogs. Mindy is passionate about hearing health and is eager to assist you with your needs.
