She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Ohio University, and is licensed by the Ohio Speech and Hearing Professionals Board. She has worked in the hearing healthcare field since 2019. When she is not helping people with their hearing health needs, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family, and can often be found hiking or golfing.

“I purchased my hearing aids at the Zanesville Hearing Life from Anna; I was very impressed with her & the hearing aids. Growth within the infrastructure of Hearing Life required temporary closure. I was given a choice to my convenience to where I would go for issues or follow-ups. Lancaster & Jessica was my choice; I was so impressed I wanted to write a detailed review on my visit. Meeting Jessica was an eye opener, she made feel like I was a lifelong friend & customer, very impressed with her people skills. Her problem-solving ability was real to a level I have never encountered (I worked in this field for 40 years). She didn’t have a preconceived action; We work together, as she facilitated the process, until she identified the corrective action I needed. Her communication skill set is simply amazing with clarity, detailed, educating & step by step ensuring I understood. Follow-up, contact info, supplies to ensure I would be good until my next visit. Note: One of Jessica’s best attributes is thinking outside the box to ensure to customer satisfaction. I have more to say for my next visit, until then anyone needing hearing aids, Jessica & Hearing Life is your best choice! ”
“Jessica treated me like her own grandparent. She ask several questions and then gave answers and explained herself well. She checked my ears and found that I needed to get my doctor to clean out a spot that was dark. So I did that and I do hear better. She explained how my earring aids work the best when I insert them. I was pleased with her caring personality.”

Our Lancaster office is the 1st building past the Shell gas station on the right. From Election House Road we are between “The Pool People” and the Shell gas station. NOT in the Riverview Medical Building, rather up the street from this building.
