“I got my first hearing aids in 2014, after my family insisted that I wasn't hearing well. They were right and the hearing aids helped us all. By the end of 2020, my hearing aids were getting tired and outdated, and I decided to invest in new ones compatible with Bluetooth so that I could stream directly from my phone. The entire process at Bluegrass Hearing Clinic was great. They really took time to ask about my active lifestyle, interests, and professional needs so they could match me with the right hearing aids. When the hearing aids came in, they taught me how to make adjustments with my cell phone, as needed. I happily wore them out to the parking lot and, as I started my car, I was startled by what I thought was a nearby conversation. I looked around quickly, thinking the people were right beside my car, and was surprised to see no one. Then I saw a couple of people having a conversation in the parking lot next door. I couldn't hear what they were saying, of course, but I could hear that they were talking. Wow! It made me wonder what other sounds I had been missing. Now I wear my hearing aids from morning to night, just like I wear my glasses. I want to hear, I want to see, and I want to keep my brain going strong for as long as possible.”
