“Dr. Abbey Poe was very thorough in testing my hearing and telling me things I can do to help improve my hearing. She also shared with me the new technology that is available if my condition gets worse. She was very professional and a good listener to my tinnitus concerns! Dr. Poe is definitely the person I will keep in touch with if my situation turns for the worse. Thank you! ”

“I have had my 2:00 for a year. I have to drive 45 min to get to the office. I waited 29 minutes or more to get to a room and then waited 45 minutes to have my annual test. Have my ear pieces cleaned while I waited. So an hour and almost 15 minutes past my appointment time I got tested. A ten minute test! Not what I have experienced in the past 7 years going to this office. I was NOT for a visit. Thank goodness. ”
Received 05/16/2025Official Response from Sound Relief Tinnitus & Hearing - Highlands Ranch:“Thank you for your honest feedback, and we are truly sorry for the long wait during your recent visit. We completely goofed on the scheduling of the sound booth — that was our mistake, and we take full responsibility. This is not the standard of care we aim to deliver, especially after so many years of your continued trust in us. We understand how valuable your time is, especially with such a long drive, and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused. That’s why we did not charge you for the visit. We’re reviewing our scheduling process to help prevent this from happening again, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide the level of care you’ve come to expect in the future. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.”
“My hearing deteriorated as an Air Force pilot years ago with the high frequency loud sounds on the flight line. It finally reached a point where i knew, with the help of an office testing process that i needed Oticon hearing devices. they work great, help reduce my tinnitus, and provice an awesome connection to my music devices. I highly recommend them”

It's unfortunate that your hearing deteriorated due to the high-frequency loud sounds on the flight line during your time as an Air Force pilot. However, it's great to hear that you found a solution in Oticon hearing devices.
