Ashley Johnson has been with HearingLife since 2019, beginning as a Patient Care Coordinator. Her deep passion for helping people have the best quality of life led Ashley to receive her license through the HearingLife Apprentice Program. When not helping more people hear better, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and animals.

Alyssa Rech grew up in Strongsville, Ohio. She has been a practicing audiologist, working with HearingLife, since her graduation in 2018. Dr. Rech received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh, where she competed as a Division I scholarship student athlete on the women’s soccer team. She continued on to receive her doctorate degree in Audiology from Kent State University.Dr. Rech takes pride in providing the utmost individualized care. Dr. Rech is licensed in audiology and hearing aid dispensing. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their dog, Jack, and the rest of her family. She and her family are very active in athletics and participate in all types of outdoor activities. Dr. Rech welcomes you to consult with her about your hearing health.

“The Hear Wright people really do care for their customers and it shows in their service. If you have a problem, they will take care of it the same or next day, at no cost to you. Mike Thompson knows his product knowledge and what works and what does not. Every manufacturer has different benefits. Hear Wright was not the lowest price or cheapest, but as it turned out, they were the best value for the cost, for me. Note: People in Ohio often think cheap means good or best.”
